SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Any orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day. Pre Order Items will be shipped on Due Dates > See product pages for individual dates.
We ship with Correos Worldwide. Shipping time 3-5 days from dispatch.
We offer a flat European Rate of €10,- on all orders under the Value of €100,- Orders above €100,- receive Free Shipping in Europe. Orders above €100 receive Free Worldwide Shipping, value under €100,- we charge
All international duties are payable by the purchaser on delivery. You will be provided with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped. Parcels can be delivered to your home or work address. If you would prefer to sign for your parcel, please request that we use Registered Post when processing your order. In the event no one can sign at your address, the courier will leave a card for you to collect from the nearest Post Office.

Any delivery date or time specified by 1Love2Hugs3Kisses is a best estimate only, and will be not liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
Full-priced goods in saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be exchanged for a different size or style, or returned for store credit (valid 6 months). A refund will only be provided if your goods are faulty or damaged during shipping. Items can only be returned within 7 days after receiving them, after this time all sales are final.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, strictly no refund or exchanges on sale items.
Please email email@example.com (within 7 days of receiving your order) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RA Number). You will need to provide your full name, order number, item/s and reason for return. Upon receiving RA, enclose together with your original order form and goods. Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable.
In the event that the package is not received or lost in transit, 1Love2Hugs3Kisses will not be liable if there is no tracking information. Items returned without an RA Number will not be accepted. Customers are liable for return shipping costs from 1Love2Hugs3Kisses. We observe the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
