Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our Family Concept Store in Jesús, Ibiza (Spain).

Because we are located on an island, international delivery times and costs may differ slightly from mainland Europe.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

If your country is not available at checkout or if you need express shipping, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Why is international shipping more expensive?

International shipping costs are higher due to:

• Our island location (Ibiza, Balearic Islands)
• Distance to the destination country
• Carrier and customs handling fees

We always choose the most reliable and fair-priced shipping option for your destination.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Estimated delivery times:

• Spain: 1–3 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
• USA / Australia / Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or peak periods.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

For international orders, customs duties, VAT, or import taxes may apply upon arrival.

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping above a certain order value, depending on your country.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes!

You can select free local pickup at our store in Jesús, Ibiza during checkout.
